We interview Simon, the Consultant Surgeon at Nottingham University Hospital, about his plans to introduce the Keyforcare patient feedback process at his hospital. We find a quiet table at the HETT Healthcare Show in London a few days ago, and - passers by permitting - we let him explain his thinking for the future.
