John Ondo, The Podcast Evangelist

John Ondo, The Podcast Evangelist, shares how covering special events, sports, news can increase your audience and make your brand rock tight.

1. Sports Coverage, cover the World Series or March Madness. Don't just do one a week, but do one a day. Just keep your audience up to date on when they can expect a new episode to drop.

2. News Community Events, are another great way to fill a need in a community

You can have as many podcasts a week as you see fit as long as you do a minimum of once a week. Placing a podcast the day after an event is a great way to build an audience if you are discussing things like debate or sports events.
