Meet The Apostolic Guests
SPEAKER_03We have three apostles that are coming from three different regions across the project so that they can also weigh in on the license. Come on, can we have some crazy? We're going to present them individually. We have Apostle of Bill Anderson coming from the Great Speaker Texas. We have Apostle Chapter 7 Mixon coming from the Bright Speak of Elvis. Apostle Pixen bringing up the rear from the Louisiana. I'm going to pick us first to Apostle Labelle Anderson. He's also a member of our apostolic team. Unfortunately, he and Evangelist Francis were not able to join us in person, but that's why we have technology. So we are glad to have Apostle Anderson. That's we're going to go to him first. Apostle Anderson from uh Texas. He's going to share with us his insight concerning the truth crisis.
A Test For Truth And Falsehood
SPEAKER_02The blessing of the Lord be with you. I want to deal with the truth crisis that has been prescribed in the Word of God from 1 John chapter 4, verse 6. We are from God, and whoever knows God listens to him. But whoever is not from God does not listen to us. This is how we recognize the spirit of truth and the spirit of falsehood. This is the amplified version of 1 John 4, 6. The verse addresses spiritual discernment. The Apostle John explains that those who possess saving knowledge of God will accept the teaching of the apostles, while those who reject God's truth reveal a deceptive spirit. It serves as a test to distinguish between divine truth and worldly deception. Knowing the truth of God's holy word and being able to discern the spirit of falsehood through what spiritual discernment. So how does one increase spiritual discernment? First, recognizing that God is the only one who can increase wisdom. Pray for it according to James chapter 1, verse 5, and Philippians chapter 1, verse 9. Then, knowing the wisdom to distinguish good from evil comes by training and practice. Go to the Holy Bible to learn the truth and meditate on the Holy Word, it reinforces the truth. This is what Christians must do to develop spiritual discernment. We must know the authentic so well that when the false appears, we can recognize it right away. By knowing and obeying the word of God, we will be trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil. We will know God's character and will at this point have a heart that is spiritually filled, a mind that has been transformed, and a body that is moving in the direction of God's word. So finally, my answer to you today is there's a story about a man who lived in Paris who had a stranger from the country come to see him. Wanting to show the stranger the magnificence of Paris, he took him to the Louvre to see the great art and then to a concert at the Majestic Symphony Hall to hear a great symphony orchestra play. At the end of the day, the stranger from the country commented that he didn't particularly like either the art or the music, to which the host replied, They aren't on trial. You are. Pilate and the Jewish leaders thought they were judging Christ, when in reality, they were the ones being judged. Moreover, the one that they convicted will actually serve as their judge one day, as he will also be our judge if we don't stay with the truth. God bless you, God keep you in his care, and may you stand for righteousness, and may the truth prevail in your life. Come on.
Gifts Versus Titles In Church
SPEAKER_03Listen, we have next up uh Apostle Shark Nixon. I'm going to uh uh uh ask her to specifically address what she has heard in the conference so far that stands out to you the most that you want to make sure that we promote in this conversation concerning the truth crisis. Apostle Shark.
SPEAKER_01Well, there's been so much, Apostle Dale, and uh I just got uh praise for each one of you, Bishop Ray and uh Apostle Carla. I you know, I got stuck on uh the title thing. Um I mean it was a lot. I've I've heard it just really uplifted my soul today. But the title thing just struck me because we do uh people want to be entitled, but two, we have to realize, and we call them gifts, but people call them titles. Come on, God gave gifts to the church, he gave the apostles, the past, the the uh prophet, the evangelist, pastor, teacher. He also gave bishops to the church, he gave deacons. So God gave gifts to the church. Um and people want to call them titles, but they're not titles, they're gifts that God gave to the church to mature the body of Christ. And we have to understand that these gifts are given to you to mature you, to build you up, to encourage you in your walk. Um, and so I want us to be careful when we say it, and and I and I do understand too about people you know who want to get their gift, you know, they come to you, and you know, I have this gift, but we see a gift on them. Look, you need training. Come on, you just can't walk into an office, you have to be trained in that gifting, and it's not, we don't want you to be killed, we don't want you to be hurt, and so it's not that we're trying to hold you back, we're just simply trying to train you, hallelujah, to get you ready for your uh assignment in the kingdom. And so I just wanted us to be really careful that when we talk about titles, that the truth of the matter is that God did give gifts to the church, it's just that people start calling them titles, and as gifts, we are to honor them.

The Church Must Go First
SPEAKER_03for the church. Can I just throw this in before we get our our final speaker here? If we are challenging that our world is in a truth crisis, the first group of people we gotta challenge are the people in this room. The church. Because if the church doesn't get it right, we certainly can't expect the world to do it right. And if the church is still stuck on titles and and and leading to be, you know, self-exalted. Don't think that the world doesn't see that. Don't think just because they don't come to church on Sunday morning, they don't see how we love to celebrate our personal status. That's no different than the challenge in the secular world itself. So the church has got to address the truth in the house of God first. So, Apostle Nixon, I I know that what you have amplified, that bishop, man, he just got us all round up on this, amen. That bishop and served it into this conversation. That's a message to the church that we have got to respond to the crisis. Somebody say first. Listen, we I I intentionally uh want to uh I want you to get your hearts and minds open to hear to this. Um I'm I'm thankful for both of our guests who are online to share with us here today. And I really appreciate them taking the time. I talked to Chief before we got started this morning. He just was, he's been so enthusiastic about this conference. And what he was just sharing with me on the sideline, I'm like, Chief, just keep it on, just keep it on similar because you need well, I need you to come here and to unveil this word that God has given him.
An Attack On Truth Everywhere

SPEAKER_07God bless you, Apostle Dale. Can you hear me?
SPEAKER_03Yes, sir. Yes, sir. We got you. Good.
SPEAKER_07But God bless each and every one. Uh I see familiar faces that I hadn't seen in a long time. Uh, but I want to first uh thank God for Apostle Dale Phillips, who has who has taken on the challenge of bringing us together for the most profound challenge that we are facing today, not only in the church world, but in the secular world as a whole. And that is the attack on truth. I want to also thank God for Apostle Santa Powell. Uh, I've been at her ministry several times over the years, and uh, we thank God for her, uh, one that loved God and and definitely mean business about the kingdom. And also, and also uh Apostle Humphrey, my friend from Lagos, Nigeria, for him. And the Apostle Anderson, I hadn't seen him and I don't know when, but he's still looking well. I thank God for him. Uh, I I've been listening in on everything that's been presented and said on today, which is very uh uh significant uh for what is happening in Christendom, uh even in the world. The subject matter, the truth crisis. Now, this is this is heartfelt for me through my observation and desertment around these United States and even on that thermosaurus, how that so many have emerged on the scene, speaking different things that is contrary to the truth, and I began to look back and and into the word of the Lord.
Two Voices In The Garden
SPEAKER_07First, I look at in the beginning, in the beginning, it was truth, it was truth that was delivered through a voice, yeah, a voice, even in the garden of Eden, in the Garden of Eden, which means the very presence of God, there was two voices there, there was God's voice and the devil's voice. One God's voice was absolute, it was unchanging, and whatever would come out of his mouth, it would not return to him void, it would become it was truth, it don't back down, it proceeds in whatever it sets to do. Satan comes in the garden also with a voice, a voice of lies, contrary to the truth. From that moment on when the devil deceived Adam and Eve in the garden, deception, deception hit the world, deception hit the world. This is what we're dealing with today. This is what we are dealing with across the country, deception. What is what is that can deal with deception? Is what Apostle Dale has brought to the table, and I pray that this message gets around the world. The only thing that can combat against the spirit of deception is the spirit of truth. Now, deception works in many dimensions, in many dimensions, in the church, in the political arena, in the business arena sector, whatever area, it is the voices of society that are speaking with a voice, and every time someone opens their mouths, they feel as though what they say is right, is a voice that's been released into the atmosphere. This is why John in first John, this is why he took on the concern, the concern, because he knew in the last days this was going to prevail deception, but let's go way back, and I want to command you, Apostle Dale, in this area, because the first time after Adam and Eve was to see in the garden of Eden, Eden, the Bible says the prophet that can see down to the corners of time. He could see so far that he can see a child would be born and a son will be given. He could see the salvation coming to the world, but notice Isaiah also saw something else. He says to the Israel in the 30th chapter, he says to them, I was saying to you, I'm preparing the way for the Lord. Then Isaiah began to see the corruption and the morality and the immorality, the injustice, the sinful nature of man. Isaiah began to say they have avoided truth. So what they did was throw into the streets, trample on it. We don't want the truth. We want injustice, we want uh immorality. It was the human nature called sin. The human nature wallows in deception. That's why Jeremiah keep the never said, Who knows the heart of man? The heart of man is is the sinfully wicked. Who can know it? Then the wise man, uh uh Solomon came along and said, Who can say that your you can make your heart clean? How can you make your heart clean when God is the one that creates the heart in you? Yes, that's why David said, Created me, God, not him, God, a new heart. Why? Because it's something in me. Why's the deception? And reason I'm saying this, because listen to everything today, and just by uh spiritual discerning in the church arena in the world, Isaiah was the one that came out first, warring against deception, warring against lies, immorality, corruption. He said, We need someone to declare truth, but truth is gone. Look what that happened today. Look what that happened in today's work in real time. Everywhere you turn through social media platforms, you name it, uh news, you name it, everybody is speaking with a voice, everybody's saying something, and if it feels right, it's a truth to them. But the wise man says that there's a way that seems like it feels good. Yes, it fits my narrative, it it fits the thing that I'm dealing with, so it's truth, but it's not true, it's selected truth, it's relativism, it is where a philosophical belief that absolute truth don't exist no more, and what God is saying to John today as he quotes he's now there's gonna be a lot of false prophets and false people that are out there. Everyone has a voice. We're sitting here today, and we are articulating, we are expressing ourselves because of a voice. Our voice is being heard, it's been is releasing something in the atmosphere, and whoever listening today, whether you can see me or not, they are hearing a voice, and the voice is what has to resonate in the heart of a person or the spirit of a person, it's what you retain that feels good to you, and what you retain that makes you want to do something that you have an intention in your heart, or even though it's not right, but selectively, I choose this to be a truth to me. I choose this, so the voice is what is needed today. We need a voice of truth, a voice of truth, and so when Isaiah begins to say through the corners of time, prepare someone need to prepare the way of the Lord. I don't know about some of you, but I believe that the Lord is coming back. I believe that I believe that right now we are in a time of preparation, we are in a time of preparation, and I heard some of the things that.
God Wants A Voice Not Labels
SPEAKER_07Stuck out today. I wanted to stay with the subject on titles and gifts and all of these things. Let me say this today. We are running out of man-made given titles. All right. We'd have been the apostle, we'd have been the bishop, we'd have been, we'd have been the elder, we'd have been the bishop, we'd have been the pastor, we'd have been the teacher, we'd have been the prophet, we'd have been everything, and the only thing left is a pope. Now they want to be a pope. Is that God is not looking for none of the titles, he ain't looking for some of the preachers, he's looking for a voice. Come on, come on, come on, he is looking for a voice. Yes, you can have the you can save you a gift. This bottle right here, aquacita water. Is there a difference in any other type? Because I drink it at times, but let me take the title off of this, and you got a clear bottle of a substance in it.
SPEAKER_06Come on, man.
SPEAKER_07God is not looking for titles or names. So some people have took a label and put it on a gift. Come on, so the only way you'll be able to discern, as John was saying in first John, he he was saying to them, listen here, men are gonna come in the name. Yes, that is in the name. Come on, in the name, yes, but they will not have the content. Yes, the content of the men of God is the spirit of truth. Oh my god, yes, take the label off, water gonna be water. I don't know how to put on it, it's gonna be water. Come on, see this. Today, because we are selective to what we
John The Baptist As A Voice
SPEAKER_07hear. That is why let me bring this part when Isaiah prophesied, John the Baptist was the fulfillment of their prophecy. Yes, he was the fulfillment of their prophecy. He came forth and said, I'm here to prepare the way of the Lord. Yes, they wanted to know who is this guy, who is this man? Where'd he come from? Many of us want to be recognized by our gift names and titles and and and our prestige. And John said, just tell them I'm a voice crying. I'm just a voice crying in the wilderness. I'm not looking to make a repetition of myself. I'm not looking, I'm here on a kingdom mandate assignment, and I'm saying the way of the Lord. Yes, I don't care about the titles, only thing matters, and I've said it over the years, and y'all done heard it all the way in Colorado. Nothing matters but the kingdom. Nothing matters but the kingdom. So here it is. John came as a voice. Go Isaiah the prophet looked down through the cause of the time. He got somebody that's prepared away. I'm I want you to know, Apostle Dale Phillips, to today. I'm saying to you, obey God, because around the country I have not heard anyone take on the boldness and the backbone that take a stand to fight for truth. Yes, Jesus, Jesus. Watch this, it is because of the fact that many today, that's why they got all the religions of the world, all the denominations of the world, all of these things, and they have took the Bible to bring division, the Bible to bring division, because they personally uh had a private interpretation of the truth, yes, a private interpretation of the truth, and some of the things that they are saying out of their mouth with their voice is not a heaven and hell issue, it's their personal issue for selected truth, selected truth, selected truth. It is it is rather for rather for it is what we relates to us, yes, but relates to us now. Hear this Jesus came after John, the voice, the voice, the voice. Herod was a friend, not of John. He was afraid of the voice. Oh, yes, yes, I like that.
SPEAKER_03I like that.
SPEAKER_07He was afraid of the voice because the voice just irritated him. It's it revealed things in him because the voice was the truth. Yes, yep, yes, yes, the voice was the truth, and he can take it. He said, I want uh uh I want to kill him now, but but but let's what we're gonna do, but and he brought this little maid girl in. He said, Well, uh uh, I do anything. Uh, what did you want? What do you what do you want? I want you to uh kill John. Well, wait a minute, how you want to kill him? You're gonna watch it on crucify like the rest of them. No, no, no, no. Take his head off. Why take his head off? Because the voice is in the head. All right, the voice is in the head, yes, right now. Our major attack today is what comes out of our mouth. I'm not looking for none of the titles and the position. Oh, I have a I have a position in the kingdom, and that's all matters to me. Right now, watch this. John said, compared to the way of the Lord repent, because the kingdom of heaven is at
Jesus Speaks Truth With Power
SPEAKER_07hand. The kingdom, who he was speaking of Jesus the Christ, yes, because he himself was the truth, truth had to show up again. Adam failed. It's what's truth in the beginning, it's gonna be truth in the end. He is the first and the last. The beginning and the ending. So, what tried to offset Christ is the antichrist.
SPEAKER_01Oh, good God.
SPEAKER_07Let me say this when Jesus came on the scene. Notice here, John, the voice of John crying in the wilderness, repair to prepare the way of the Lord. One that's coming after me that's greater than me. I baptize you with water, but uh, he's gonna come and baptize you with fine the Holy Ghost. Yes, in other words, it's all about the spiritual, the spirit, rather. And here it is. Jesus comes, John baptized him. He comes up, and the father out of the heavens spoke and said, This is my beloved son. Yes, watch this. Hear ye him. Okay. Come on, come on, see, hear ye him, because he is truth. So he is truth. So, what did Jesus do? Jesus knew that he was he was on a kingdom of sign it. Because never else in the earth realm, according to Isaiah, that suffered according to time that we was all uh uh uh uh not flawless people, he needed a voice. Don't don't think uh uh the holy I live, oh to make me a voice. No, you're gonna have to have something internally connected with God. Come on, watch this. What happened was when Jesus came on the scene, let's say when truth came on the scene. Nobody else could deal with this but the truth. So the truth had to be bold enough and had spiritual backbone to be able to speak truth to everything. Truth was spoken, truth to power, truth to sickness, truth to diseases, truth to depression, truth to mental illness. Yes, and whatever he spoke, glory to God. Truth spoke because he couldn't lie. Yes, but watch this. Look at the power of the spirit of truth. It was from the beginning. Notice something here. We know that God created the heavens and the earth. We know that God He is sovereign, He does anything He wants to do. He don't He don't that's how nobody can impeach God because you can't vote in Man for anything. And so what happened was in the beginning, God created man, He created because man was created as a what you call in a glorified body. He didn't know no sin, he didn't know anything, he was in a glorified body. Matter of fact, he was so in a glorified body, he couldn't, he didn't even know he was naked. He didn't even know. But watch this. Give me a couple more minutes, apostle. This is what happened when the other voice spoke to Eve. Yes, they are more easy to absorb than a man, they are more easy to receive because of their nature. That's why you can you can say a negative thing to a woman, and 10 years later she'll bring it up at a dinner table, and you'd have got all about it, man. Because it's processing in her emotional price, yes, yes, and she while you were in a T Bone steak midnight, he'll say, Do you remember 20 years ago you said this to me, and so what happened was here is the devil's voice, which was anti-Christ, anti-truth, anti, anti anti because it's all contrary to the plan of God, it's all contrary, so God said to Adam, because we know that God is sovereign, he can watch this call those things that be not. God can just create whatever he wants because that's who he is when he created man, man was the creature he created. But notice this he told Adam now, whatever creates I'm gonna put you in it in dimension because you don't just look lower than me. I'm gonna put you in the dimension that you're gonna name what I creates, Adam. You can't create it because you can't call something that be not as do what works, but I can call something that be not at the word, but I give you the right to name it.
SPEAKER_03Wow, that's good.
SPEAKER_07Wow, here it is through the corners of time when John the voice, that's why the Bible specifically says a voice of one, a voice of one. He he didn't call him a reverend, a bishop, apostle, an elder, none of those things. He didn't call him a rabbi, he didn't call him a priest, none of those things, a voice, a voice in the wilderness, a voice in the in this world. We need a voice in this world, yes, now but speak the oracles of God and the truth. Now hear this. What happened was he says, they don't cut my head off, I don't mind, because I'm gonna stand for the truth, but he's I need he told his disciples, I just need y'all to do one thing, one thing, because it's not gonna happen until I know something. He said, I want you to go and check out this man that's coming in the name of the Lord, and I want you to check if he's the one, or shall I look for another? They went and came back with a report.
SPEAKER_06Not they didn't come back with a readout, they didn't come back with a long profile.
SPEAKER_07I done did that. Oh no, no, no, no. He just simply told them tell John the sick are being healed, the lame is walking, the blind eyes are open, and none of them went to a hospital.
SPEAKER_06Wow.
SPEAKER_07Only the truth can speak something, it'll come to pass. God is not a man, and he said, I neither may serve it. As he spoke it, shall it come to pass. Yes, yes, so when God speaks with his voice, the spirit of truth, yes, something's gonna happen. Yes, now what's this? He they came back to John. John said, He's the one. Okay, Harry, y'all can take my head off now because I got the decrease. All right, all right. Oh, he's gonna increase. You thought my voice was something.
SPEAKER_04Come on, see you thought my voice was something.
SPEAKER_07You you haven't heard the truth yet. Listen, I'm telling you, Jesus came and everything he spoke, he said, I tell you the truth, everything he declared, I tell you the truth. The truth was under an attack. Religious leaders contradict that the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. They didn't believe he was the one in the flesh, they didn't believe, for the truth had to come. They didn't back down from religious leaders. That's why right now we can't back down because of those in higher prestige around this country and talking about who they are and what they have accomplished and what they own. Yes, who is bigger than that? Who is bigger than a livery jet in a private hangar at the airport?
SPEAKER_05Yes, who is greater?
SPEAKER_07So here it is. Here's the Lord, it's about to come back. God said, I got preach preachers are all over the country during COVID. Preachers came out the woodworks that you thought never exist. Right, some of them came up with all types of doctrines, beliefs, philosophical beliefs. They came up with stuff that some even said, I don't need the Bible, we don't need the Bible. They came up with different beliefs, which was anti, it was against the truth. Yes, John says in the first letter he wrote before he was on the Isle of Pantmos, he says, Well, I got to help y'all, because I don't want y'all to be deceived, because the spirit of the antichrist is already here. Hear this today. We need a voice of truth. This is I this is why I believe, Apostle Dale, Apostle Powell, that this conference, this conference is not just for another conference. God has to raise up a man or woman that's bold enough that's willing to take a chance of their head being cut off. This is it. Watch the voice when Jesus was released after he got baptized in the river of Jordan. God spoke on his behalf of his son. Because only a father can identify a son. Only a father, some of them got all kinds of fathers, but you got to have the right father. Watch this when he was announced by the father, because only a father can announce a son, the Bible says he was led in the wilderness. Do be tempted right by the voice that was in the garden of Eden.
The Wilderness Temptation And Offers
SPEAKER_07He is the last Adam right here, is the spirit of truth. Yes, and when Satan thought he had won the battle, he didn't win the war. This is the thing, he brought deception in the garden, they lost the presence of God. What happened when Jesus was led into the wilderness? Here is today all of you that are hearing me. He was led into the wilderness for 40 days and 40 nights. Watch this. He was led into the wilderness by the Spirit of God. Proof was going to face the lie. Proof. Why on the 40th day? I mean where the temptation is coming from. I mean, he it what did he get tempted on the third day? Maybe the 10th day? Maybe the 30th day? Why the 40th day? Because 40 is God's divine number of change in judgment and new directions. When the devil voice he thought he's gonna do the same thing he did to Adam in the beginning. Destroyed him with deception and a lie. To make Jesus also bow down to the system of the world. The Bible says that when Jesus got to the highest peak, the highest peak, at the fasting, the anointing, the Christo, the power of God, everything within him was in a place where I am the truth. Oh my! And when the devil said, uh, since you supposed to be truth, he said, I want you to cast yourself down. He's a look at all the kingdoms of the world, I'm gonna give you. What is causing people today to bow down? It's an offer.
SPEAKER_05Yes, okay.
SPEAKER_07What calling preachers to do what they're doing today and causing a bad embarrassment upon the kingdom because they were compromising the voice met on top of the mountain. I want y'all to hear this. It was only two voices at the highest peak, it was the devil's voice and God's voice. The devil's voice said, Look at all of this. If you fall down and worship me, if you just fall down and worship me, if you fall, how many today are falling down and worshiping idols and the material and have lost their affection for things above? Wow. The Bible says that the devil said, bow down, if you do it, and what you mean? Look at all the kingdoms. Look what I give you. You mean you're gonna give me all of this, but what you forgot, devil, it belonged to me anyway. The earth is the Lord and the fullness they are. But since Adam, the first Adam, sold us out with high treason, I come to take back.
SPEAKER_03Hallelujah.
SPEAKER_07The truth is gonna revive us, the truth is gonna break us. What's the truth? The truth, the truth said it is also written. Now, watch this. It was a voice war at the highest peak. It was the devil's voice and God's voice. The devil was quoting the word, but he wasn't God's voice. And the devil left him alone. Can I say this to you? In the midst of all the challenge that we are facing, the urgency and the burden on the heart of every preacher that's sold out to God. How can we challenge those that have distorted the truth? How can we bring forth this? Jesus said this after he left.
The Spirit Of Truth Within Us
SPEAKER_07He got back in my clothes today. He brought his disciples together. In John 14, he says to them, The Lord don't know me, but you know me because you have walked with me. With information, you have seen the manifestation. You've seen that, you know that God sent me. But watch this. He said, Now I'm gonna have to go away. He's a I'm with you now, but I'm gonna be in you. He was speaking of the spirit of truth.
