Discussing Resilience
Jan 17, 2021 Season 2 Episode 1
Simon Pearson

In this, the first episode of 2021, I thought it was important just to look at resilience and to discuss what we can do to help improve or maybe bolster pour self worth and well being to ensure that we feel able enough to get through yet another lock down.
Debbie Wood (Psychological Therapist) joins me again to have a great discussion on this topic.
