Today on the podcast, we have a conversation with, Dr. Brad Wilcox, Director of The National Marriage Project and Professor of Sociology at the University Virginia on marriage, parenthood, and what research tells us makes for a happy family.

Brad is the Director of the National Marriage Project and Professor of Sociology at the University of Virginia and member of the James Madison Society at Princeton University. Brad’s research focuses on marriage, parenthood, cohabitation, relationships and the stability of the family. He is the author and coauthor of several books and articles related to gender and parenthood, the causes of and consequences of low fertility, and how Christianity shapes fathers and husbands. Brad is currently writing a book entitled Soul Mates: Religion, Sex, children, and marriage among African Americans and Latinos.
