Brad is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Libre Retreats, a ministry dedicated to supporting pastors and missionaries by providing pastoral care and much-needed opportunities for respite. Throughout his pastoral ministry, Brad has navigated his own experiences with weariness and burnout. 

In addition to his role at Libre Retreats, Brad is a mentor/coach and speaker. Brad’s journey is marked by a deep commitment to service and a belief that every pastor deserves support and an opportunity to flourish in their local ministry contexts. Brad and his wife Jena-Marie live in Charlottesville, VA with their four kids.
