Show Notes

For today's Spotlight episode, I'm excited to welcome Jon Hernandez to the show.

Jon Hernandez is the NFL Los Angeles Rams' physical therapist and athletic trainer. He previously worked for the Buffalo Bills and is a Trojan Alumni, where he completed his DPT education and sports residency training.

In this episode, we'll learn about Jon's journey into the NFL as a Physical Therapist, the challenges that come with the job, and how it feels to represent Asian Americans in the industry. Hopefully, some insider info only someone within the NFL would know as well.
