Takalani Netshipale, a South African, is my guest today.  She is a civil engineer who is currently employed by the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health in South Africa. In this episode, we talk about how she got into engineering and what it was like for her as a female engineer both in academic and in the professional setting. As a project manager overseeing multimillion-rand projects, she also discusses her responsibilities and her importance of her role.
