Sharon Migeri: PhD Candidate in Agricultural Science

On the 11th of February 2020, it was the International Day of Girls and Women in Science. I had an interview with the lovely Sharon Migeri. She is Zimbabwean born Agricultural Sciences PhD Candidate at the University of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. 

Her research focuses on the use of human excreta fertilizers as an alternative for the commercial fertilizers that are currently on the market. Did you know that the pee you from one year is enough to fertilizer a whole hectare of maize??
