 My guest today is Nkhensani Mogale from South Africa who is currently a lecturer of anatomy at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. In this episode, we learn that was fascinated by the human body when studying life sciences in high school. Naturally, she wanted to be a medical doctor but unfortunately, it didn't work out. Instead she went on to pursue medical sciences where she was exposed to subjects such as anatomy. Nkhensani will explain how her journey was a winding road. She also became a mom while pursuing her various qualifications that added to the load and she tells us how she navigated and struck the work-home balance. Despite the bumps in the road Nkensani has thrived and has gained notable recognition in her field. She tells us about the projects she works on that is focusing on the link between clinical anatomy and orthopedics. Tune in to learn all this and so much more!
