Matt has been an active real estate investor for 17+ years throughout the Gulf Coast of Florida & Alabama. His primary investment strategies include wholesaling, renovations for quick resell, as well as holding rental properties for passive income and appreciation.
Matt has spoken to audiences of more than 2,000 people and has traveled throughout the Southeast United States teaching and speaking at seminars related to the real estate industry. His entertaining and energetic teaching style makes him an audience favorite wherever he goes.
In 2013, Matt founded the Professional Investors Guild, a real estate investment education company that provides workshops, resources, and one-on-one mentoring to help both new and seasoned real estate investors achieve their financial goals. The charter club is one of the fastest-growing investor groups on the Gulf Coast, and additional chapters were launched in Destin, Florida (2015), Mobile, AL (2016), & Panama City (2017), as well as licensee locations in Orlando, San Antonio, and Denver.
