In 18 69 Russian campus professor Dimitri Mendeleev published one of the earliest periodic table of elements. While this was not the first such attempt to systemized the known elements, Dimitris was somewhat unique at the time in that that acceptance that not all elements had been discovered yet on gaps were left for when they weren't. However, even now, his story refuses to go away and continue to divide opinion. But surely, if some of Lazar's claim stand up to scrutiny, then his knowledge of Element 1 15 also does.
