Their journey began in 2018 when they bought their first property and converted it into a duplex, a smart move that helped minimize their payments. 🏘️ They initially focused on investing only in Ontario, and after acquiring 7 units, they decided to sell their properties in Canada and shifted their attention to the US. In just 5 months, they bought 5 properties! Amazing!! 🤯 Currently, Destiny and her husband own 9 units in Ohio and Florida, and they're not planning to slow down anytime soon. What drives them is a strong desire to achieve time and financial freedom, which will allow them to spend quality time with their 2 daughters and 2 dogs.❤️ Tune in to learn more about her journey and get inspired to take action towards your own goals!

“The more you learn, the more you put yourself out there; the more likely you’re able to attain things. Keep trying and if you really want something, push for it! Pick a specific market or a kind of property to start with, to know what you’re really going to put your time and your passion into”.
