I don't know about you, but since we changed the clocks to Daylight Savings Time, my sleep has been compromised and feeling groggy. I usually enjoy waking up to the sun just coming up over the horizon and the tree tops. Watching the birds and the deer starting to move about. It is my best time to do my meditations, then off to exercise. It is a time I feel so aligned with my circadian rhythm which sets my day. This is the way it suppose to be. If you look at the expert consensus from the scientific societies that focus on sleep, health and circadian rhythms, all of them agree - DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME IS A BAD IDEA!
