In today’s competitive business landscape, creating an inclusive workplace is not just a matter of compliance—it’s a strategic advantage. However, despite these benefits, Ireland’s employment rate for people with disabilities remains worryingly low at just 32.6%, significantly below the EU average of 51.3%.
