Curiously Cauli, a food-based business that specialises in healthy, low allergen snack foods made from the humble cauliflower, about what it takes to start a product-based food business from scratch.
Bianca explains how her own health challenges inspired her to start investigating healthier gluten free snack alternatives and how a recipe gone wrong in the kitchen was how Curiously Cauli was actually created.
