Carissa Dunphy is an ABO Certified Optician who has been working in the Optical industry since 2008. She works in a thriving 5 doctor private Optometry practice just outside of Seattle in tech arena of Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and many others. Prior to working in Optometry, Carissa was a Certified Computer Applications Specialist where she built websites for small businesses, provisioned servers and hosted a live video podcast interviewing prominent entrepreneurs. After seeing a need for a static resource for Opticians, Carissa bundled her knowledge of helping people, and love for Opticianry and technology, and founded Optician Now.
