Kelly Rosemann is a seasoned optical industry professional with more than 28 years of experience spanning independent practice, lab partnerships, and global lens manufacturing. She began her career in an optical shop in St. Louis, Missouri, where she developed a deep understanding of what drives both patient satisfaction and business success at the ground level.

Kelly later joined Hoya, where she progressed from lens sales into technical marketing and education. Now at Horizons Optical, Kelly reinforces the company’s commitment to strengthening professional education and strategic partnerships with Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) across the United States. Over the years, she became known for her ability to translate complex optical concepts into practical, real-world strategies for eye care professionals. She has developed and delivered ABO-accredited training programs focused on profitability, managed vision care, and delivering better patient experiences.
