Meet Anna Fink & Embodied Wellness

Shanna Star

Hello and welcome back to another episode of the Shine Podcast. I'm your host, Shauna Stark. Today I have the beautiful and fabulous Anna Fink with me, who is a wellness architect and lifestyle designer who is pioneering an innovative path in the wellness space. She has created a body of work called Embodied Wellness, where she is transforming the body, mind, and soul. Embodied wellness is both science and spirituality and art. In essence, it is where wellness and personal growth collided. Anna supports clients through a transformational embodiment and empowerment journey, one that she's lived herself. After stepping away from the medical school due to personal and family health crises, Anna committed herself to an unconventional, long-term and complex study of wellness. She healed her own hormonal imbalances and digestive issues and reproductive health conditions naturally. And today we're going to talk a little bit about that. We're going to talk what embodied wellness is, what it looks like, the gateway to more, and also the transformational journey of becoming who you're meant to be. Let's get right to the conversation. Welcome, Ana, to the Shine Podcast. I'm so excited to have you here today. It's such an honor to be here. Thank you so much. Yeah, we got to chatting already, and you're in the desert. I'm at the beach. And so we hopefully still have some warm. You probably are a little warmer where you're at, I would assume.

SPEAKER_00

I would say, well, we're having we're having a little bit of a warmer winter this year. So it's maybe what 50 degrees this morning. Okay. Okay. But normally we we have snow. Like we do get snow and we do get all four seasons.

Shanna Star

That's crazy to me. Yeah, it's it's been chilly here. I grew up in Minnesota, but uh it's been chilly. I'm like, yeah, yes, we're in Minnesota. Tiny little town down by like Rochester and Red Wing. Um it's Good Hugh is what it's called. Okay. I went to school in Minnesota at Concordia College.

SPEAKER_00

And I have family in Minnesota.

Shanna Star

No way. Okay. So I went to a Northwestern College in Roseville is where I went, but that's insane. That's wild. Okay, we did not know that or plan that prior to. So I love it. So today we get to chat chat about our health and how it's the gateway to more. And also, I I know that kind of touches on how we're meant to becoming how we're meant to be and who we're meant to be. So, starting off, like tell us what is embodied wellness and

Synchronicity And Setting The Stage

Shanna Star

what does that look like?

SPEAKER_00

Of course. So embodied wellness really is about reconnecting to your body. And it's not so much about what it looks like, but how it feels. And so we like to go into the mind and think and cognize what's going to happen and logically plan. But really, the intuition and the wisdom is within you in your body. And so embodied wellness is this culmination of my personal journey for the last eight years of reconnecting to my body, reclaiming my health, remembering my power and rising more into my potential. And that's just this beautiful pathway for women and others to step into that.

Shanna Star

Yeah. So for those listening, how do you get to that? What does that journey look like? How do you start those steps or habits or pivots, whatever, whatever that would be?

SPEAKER_00

Of course. So I think for everyone, it's so unique and different. But I feel like for so many of us, our health is that gateway. Like your health crisis, your symptoms, whatever it is, your body is always speaking to you. And we live in a world that has silence symptoms. I was on the path to become a medical doctor and I felt like something was missing. And my mom's health crisis led me down another path. And so through my own personalized study and in my own experience with health challenges, I had symptoms that I had normalized for years, digestive health issues, acne, painful periods.

What Embodied Wellness Really Means

SPEAKER_00

And then I lost my period for three years. I stopped ovulating. I, you know, lost my libido, had severe adrenal fatigue, hormonal imbalance, all these different issues and symptoms and hair thinning and brittle nails and ridged nails and all these things we think of as normal or just the way it is, are actually not normal and they're just common. And so for me, I've I found that it is like the physical. The physical is the densest layer energetically, and it's something that we all have this tangible sense and awareness around, right? And so we can all relate on that physical level. And so these symptoms that we're experiencing are really just codes asking to be decoded, deciphered, and addressed. And once we do that, we recode our system, our body for radiance and understanding. But it's like everyone's journey is going to be different. Maybe someone enters from, you know, hormonal imbalance, maybe someone's digestive health issues, whatever it is. And we all just get to go on this journey of remembering and becoming, because for me, my health issues were so much deeper than just the physical. They reconnected me to my soul, to my purpose, indicating to me that I was not on the right path. Like medicine was not the path for me. And so I found this whole other path. And then these other worlds opened up to me. But when we're so narrowed in on what we think we should do and what we think is right, we disconnect from what actually could be. And so this is the path of becoming. This is the path of remembering. And that is the journey we're all here to embrace, right? It's not always like becoming more, like I have to do more and fix and do this, but it's remember to become because the blueprint is within you.

Shanna Star

And it's so interesting that you bring that up because I'm I'm in the middle of not in the middle. I'm near the end of a very difficult like health time. Uh I started doing bodybuilding and powerlifting in like 2013 to 15. My body was reacting well. It was what I thought was very healthy. Um, went through a divorce at the time. And and then not until 2021, right after COVID, that I started having some of those same symptoms. I lost my period, not for as long. It was like seven months, but still. And hair thinning, I wasn't sleeping, and that not sleeping lasted for years. And I, because I had been in the bodybuilding world, like I knew how my body should react to exercise and eating well. Um, and you're so right, like the medical field is so they're there and they're wonderful and they have a great purpose, but they weren't

Health As The Gateway To Becoming

Shanna Star

hearing or listening to my symptoms and seeing them as anything more than, well, you're not doing the correct things. And I'm like, I know how to do the correct things, right? I've I know how to adjust my body and to make it well, it is not reacting well. Um, and so it's starting last November, I started seeing a functional doctor and and going to the root of that problem. And you're so right, it's much more than physical. I had all these physical symptoms. Um and most recently they found a tumor benign and also some some breast mass. And so they took that out. And ever since that, it's only been a month. It has been incredible, like what our body is like telling us and what are. Uh, I think there's a whole bunch of other things, maybe that's trauma, whatever that looks like. But learning to listen to our body and going to see somebody to help us is incredible. So um and I feel like every woman I talk to in their 30s, 40s, right around that age range, is dealing with some of those things. And so often doctors, again, not that they're bad. I think it's what they're taught is just, oh, it's perimetopause, you're fine. And and that's all we're told. Um, and mine wasn't perimetopause. It had nothing to do that with that, but it was hormonal imbalances. So um, I'm so glad we're talking about that.

SPEAKER_00

Um absolutely. Thank you for sharing your story and your you know, vulnerable share book because so many women are experiencing it, yet we feel so isolated in that, and it's the shame of my body's broken, it's only me that creates the silence, the secrecy, and then separation, perpetuating more shame. And we have to look at the context of the medical system, which is a patriarchal medical system that has really not understood nor illuminated women's health. And so they've called it hysteria. Then that led to the hysterectomy. Oh, just take out the, you know, either. It's like that's not going to solve the issue. And women, our bodies are the source of our power. And so when we're disconnected from our bodies, we're disconnected from our power. And that is why embodied wellness isn't dressing your body, your mind, your soul, the physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Because yes, there are physical factors, there are pathogens, there are toxic heavy metals and toxins that we are inundated with, right? But then there's also the energetic and the emotional and the mental and the spiritual components. But it really is about realizing that our power is in architecting our own health, that our health is in our hands.

Shanna Star

Yes. Yeah. And you said something that popped up for me, and that was how our like physical body is connected to the rest of it. Because while you're dealing with some of those things, even though it wasn't necessarily holding me back from being present all of the time, all of those symptoms were consistently there, right? And so we feel like we're not showing up intentionally. And really it just takes away our spark and our glow and our excitement and joy and all of the things. And so it's it's hard to then want to show up that way. So I know that ignoring our health is one of the things that women tend to do right away when we're busy. It's like, I'll put my health on the back burner, you know, I'll take care of the kids. My kids come first, I don't need to exercise. And um, but it creates like a bottleneck to then achieve life goals. And I have found the more I work on myself, whether that's not just physical, but physical too, uh, mental and spiritual, the better my business does, the better that I do, the better that everything else around me does. So will you talk a little bit about that as well as how focusing, at least for a season on our health, then helps achieve life goals.

SPEAKER_00

Of course. So your health is the foundation. Your health is your greatest wealth, as Spiritual says. And I've seen so many people compromise their health or build their wealth at the expense of their health. And then they're spending their wealth trying to regain their health. Where I see a world where we both build both simultaneously and recognize that without your health, you don't have your full purpose, your full power, your full potential online. And really your health is what gives you that vitality, that energy and that alignment. And so for me, it's like it's not selfish to invest in yourself and your health because you are the foundation for your life. Your health is that foundation. And the more you pour into yourself, the more you pour from overflow. But we've been indoctrinated to believe that you have to give. And it's selfish to care for yourself and all of these things. But really, when you have your health, you have but a thousand dreams. And when you don't have your health and you're dealing with symptoms, you're distracted from your purpose, you're disconnected from your body and your power, and you have but one dream, and that dream is your health. And so for me, health is the essence, it's the core, and then everything blossoms from there.

Shanna Star

I agree. And I'm not a mom, so I'm only speaking from a daughter's point of view, but I remember watching my mom. She never everything was about her kids, which is wonderful. I appreciated her, right? And I've talked about this in the past too. But when I started noticing her take care of herself as I got a little bit older, that's when I also recognized that I respected her differently too. And it let me say, like, if she's important as a woman, I'm important as a woman. And very often I see moms being like, nope, my kids are everything. I need to not do anything for myself. But all that does is perpetuate that cycle, is you're only there to serve. And I serving is incredible. And I want to serve more and more, of course, but I also need to serve from a place of I'm also important and I need to fill my cup as well. And it just I I

Shanna’s Health Journey And Wake-Up Call

Shanna Star

want to kind of move into then how health is also not just the absence of disease, because some people might say, like, oh yeah, I'm I'm totally fine. So I don't need to focus on my health or my wellness. And it it's not just absence of the disease, it's your foundation for overall well-being. And so, will you kind of tap into that a little bit of what health might look like?

SPEAKER_00

Of course. So, really, I think this illuminates the flaws within the system again, which is unfortunate, but it's it's this disease care system, as one of my mentors called it early on in one of his books. And he talks about how, you know, for every patient cured, a profit is lost. And so for me, it's like when you have these people who are dealing with symptoms, we've normalized symptoms. So every single human is experiencing at least one symptom. However, we're not aware of it because the standards for health are mediocre at best, but exceedingly low in this world. And so we don't know any different. So we grow up with these issues, like I had digestive health issues from the time I was very young, but that's all I knew. So I didn't know any different. And then as I started to become more aware of my health and started to heal, I realized, wow, there's a whole nother level of health and power and vitality and energy. And I didn't know it was possible to feel this good. And so when we don't know what's possible, we don't strive for it because we've just acclimated to this one threshold. And so it's this constant, oh, there's more, there's more. There, this world, this universe is constantly growing and expanding. And so why would it be any different with our health and our personal growth?

Shanna Star

Right. It's so it's so interesting you said that. My husband and I, because I had to focus on my health because some things were wrong, right? Then you start to really dig into it, which I'm so thankful for. And we've gotten to a point where we found a new gym, we're adding the sauna, we're adding red light therapy, we're we're adding um the supplements that I found my body actually needs and have thrived over. And so now we're adding things like hydrogen tablets. And and so we wake up and we're like, oh, how do we tell people that you don't have to feel tired after you eat? And you shouldn't feel tired after you eat, and you shouldn't feel bloated and gross. And it's you're exactly right. Like I think we've just been okay with feeling okay, and we don't even know that we could feel great because it's been normalized.

SPEAKER_00

Right. And I love that you're doing that.

Shanna Star

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00

Because and you go on the journey together.

Shanna Star

Yes.

SPEAKER_00

Because, and that's the thing. It's like with embodied wellness, it's like it was for her, for my mom, then for me, then for for you, like the other women and the other people, because our ripple effect is so massive. So your health crisis, and unfortunately, I see this most in women because our hormonal cycle, we have 80% of our immune system is lowered, right? Like our immune system rather is lowered by 80% when we're menstruating, 40% when we're ovulating. And so, because of that cycle and that drop in the immune system, we're more susceptible to different chronic illnesses, autoimmune conditions, breast cancers, all of these different things. And so the more empowered we become as women, then it calls a man to rise too, and it impacts him. And it's good for not just you, but for him. And then I don't know if you are thinking about children, but you're in that era of cultivating that foundation of health for you two and your future. And it is, it's like when one woman rises and she heals, when you when you heal, you rise. So that invites another woman to heal and rise. And together we heal and rise and change the world. So this isn't just good for you, but it's good for the world.

Shanna Star

Yeah. So when a client comes to you, somebody's in need, whether they're doing well, like they're already on the journey, they're feeling better, or maybe they're still in that stuck. I don't feel good. How do I get there? How do you start to communicate with them and help them through that wellness journey? What does that look like?

SPEAKER_00

We begin with the foundation. So with wellness architecture, it's really about building a strong foundation of radiant health and beginning with the body. So that body is the foundation, and you have a unique body blueprint that's influenced by your health history, by your environment, toxic load, pathogenic load, all these different things that impact it. And then we understand, okay, what's going on, and then we decode the symptoms and get to the root of the symptoms and curate a unique wellness plan that's customized to each individual's body blueprint, their wellness goals and desires, the vision they hold for their life and their lifestyle. And then we design it according to each woman and their life and really begin with the foundation of food, the foundation of hydration, supplementation, and especially looking at cleansing, because our bodies need to cleanse to heal. And we're inundated by all these toxins and pathogens that get lodged in the body and then start to present as different symptoms, different presentations, skin flares, different digestive health issues, cysts, etc. So really decoding the symptoms and then saying, okay, we can reverse this, but starting with those small daily habits, like it's not about adding more, it's about alignment and letting go of that which doesn't serve because so many people have caught onto these health trends. And I care about the truth, not trends. And so your trend, your trending health trends are like, oh, do this and you feel good. And what we don't know is actually it creates more dysregulation, more imbalance, and codes the body for survival often. And so we want to get to the truth and remember that less is often more. So it's about just alterating, altering, not alterating, but altering and refining these small, simple habits that you're already doing. Like, okay, you're already drinking water. Let's make that water more hydrating and bring in lemon water to your rituals to then flush your lymphatic system, cleanse your liver to promote elimination and really rebalance the body and alkalize the body.

Shanna Star

I'm really glad you said that because the next question I was going to ask you are is that, you know, if somebody is listening right now and they're like, okay, well,

Women’s Health, Shame, And Systemic Gaps

Shanna Star

I'm not quite ready to hire her to get on that full journey. But what are some just small things I can implement to just help right now? Because maybe they're in a season where they're just not quite ready. And you answered that already. Um if there's more, I'd love to hear that. But just not necessarily adding more, like you said, but just shifting. So if you're already hydrating to I I don't know how you feel about different mineral salts, but mineral salts and lemon and uh and if you're if we're all eating, so maybe just shifting one meal a day that's a little bit different, a little bit more protein activated. And if you're not loving working out yet, to just go on a simple walk or whatever that looks like. And and then I know we all doom scroll sometimes at night. And so maybe if it's just okay, you doom scroll till 11, put it down 10 minutes, 20 minutes earlier, just so you get that rest. Is there anything else that you would maybe add to that? Of it's not the to-do list where we might already feel overwhelmed, but just that adjustment.

SPEAKER_00

Yes. So wellness architecture and lifestyle design really is about curating your lifestyle in a way that honors your body as sacred. And it's devotional. It's not just like, oh, another routine, another habit, the check off my list. It's this sacred ritual of I hold a vision for who I am becoming, the woman in the body that I desire, the confidence, the power, and that that grace and elegance and knowing, oh, what are the steps that I can take today? So, yes, begin your day with lemon water. If you have fresh lemons, that's even better. I am unlike a lot of people, and I don't promote mineral salts nor salt to the water because those synthetic minerals are not actually the bioactive, bioavailable minerals that the body needs, like the bioactive calcium, the sodium, the magnesium from the living foods, like lemons, limes, coconut water. So I have a different opinion on that and would say begin your day with 16 ounces of lemon water. I have seen women who implement that in the first week, and by the next week, they already feel different in their energy levels. They're seeing a difference in their skin, their digestive health. So many of us have been constipated. If we're not eliminating at least once a day, that's a sign of constipation because we're really designed to eliminate after every meal. And so that would really help. You can do lemon water throughout the day. I would say for the breakfast to shift to something a little more cleansing. I know we've been focusing on a high protein, high-fat diet, especially for women's health and reproductive health. And I'll share personally that that actually made me worse. I was doing that and these symptoms just flared and came in with a vengeance. And I realized, okay, there's something here, and that led me to dig deeper. And I was like, well, it's interesting that the largest land mammals are herbivores. And so, where do they get their protein? They get it from bioavailable plants, leafy greens, herbs, et cetera. And I was like, this is interesting. So I actually started eating less animal protein and started eating more fruits because I had been avoiding fruit because of sugar. Well, don't eat sugar, you'll get fat, whatever it is. There's a very big difference between processed sugar and fruit sugar. So I would say have more fruit. Fruit is amazing for your adrenals to cleanse. liver to amplify your energy to cleanse your body and doing that for breakfast is especially helpful and hydrating for your liver because your liver's gone through a full detoxification process at night and I'll stop there.

Shanna Star

No, no, that's wonderful. I like hearing that because I've like you said every body is different. And so it's good to to listen to your body because we could just say go do this thing and it's not going to work for them. And even like when I started talking to doctors, they were like, well, don't do red meat. Well I found for myself when I had no red meat, I didn't feel energized. Whether it was the lack of iron or whatever it was in, um, I actually felt better with a little bit of red meat. And the same with fruits. I started eating like an apple, but I also found my body does well with fats. And so I was like, and a little cheese like low fat mozzarella. It felt so good. And so the best thing you can do, like you said, is experiment and really think about how you feel after that meal and that couple hours after that meal and see what works for you because it's going to be different like you said depending on your hormones, your levels, your age and how your body processes that so yeah so how how do we think these elements like quality sleep, nutrition and exercise then translate tangibly to benefits in the workplace. Because I know people are like great that sounds well but I'm busy you know I need to go to work I need to be productive but how does focusing on those things actually actually help the better decision making and the increased productivity?

SPEAKER_00

Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. And so I would say it's in those moments of wanting to push through and be productive and measure and equate our worth with how much we get done and accomplish. But actually rest is so productive. Sleep is so productive and so we live in a world that's so focused on hustle and productivity. But the most productive thing sometimes is to take that 20 minutes to meditate. I've been doing a Vedic meditation for years now and they say one transcendental meditation of 20 minutes is equivalent to four hours sleep rest. And so I notice at a certain point in the day like 3 p.m I would feel like okay I hit this wall a lot of people have that sugar crash then they you know default to caffeine or some high process sugar food and they're not actually getting to the root of what the body needs. And I would sit and I'd meditate and then I feel more energized, more focused, more clear, I felt calmer and more productive. So actually honing in and making time for your health is the best thing you can do because it's going to impact

Health As Foundation For Life And Work

SPEAKER_00

your cognition your clarity your ability to problem solve it'll support your immune system all areas of your life and so for those who say oh I don't have time to do that it's like you either make time for your health now or you'll be forced to later and so really seeing it as that investment now and I think that's a product of the system too like the design of the system for a reason to distract us what from what truly matters in our power to influence our health. You know they say oh that doesn't matter this doesn't matter and it's not true. And so when you actually hone in on that you reclaim so much time you reclaim so much energy and health and cognitive like cognitive awareness just being so aware of what actually matters and operating in more of that conscious way rather than this default that is more unconscious.

This kind of already answered this question but we often link like that success or hard work um to long hours and having to hustle like you said. But how can we start to reframe that narrative to suggest that health enables the sustainable work or the intentional work not necessarily ridiculously long hours but just those sustainable hard work rather than being a sacrifice.

SPEAKER_00

Exactly that's it because when you're nourishing your body with what it needs it will go farther. It'll go longer.

Shanna Star

So when you're actually understanding what your brain needs to be fueled to be clear to be productive and effective in its thinking and its problem solving and its planning you can optimize not just your mental acuity and mental wellness but your performance in all areas your physical performance your mental and emotional capacity yes and I know when people are thinking about you know when I first started a business you start a business because you want more freedom and joy and to enjoy the sunshine and for all these things and so often you get stuck in the hustle for a little while especially when you're building and you're just you know trying to get out of the stuck. But how do we then start to align with that joy and make sure to I could say implement but how can we make time for even small joys rather than seeing them as restrictive or health rules in quotes.

SPEAKER_00

Of course so I think of it as like everything is energy right and everything impacts everything else. And so the energy we're bringing to our business is felt in how we're doing it. And so if we're not making time for joy then we're not infusing our business our lives with the that frequency of joy and joy is so contagious and in this time of AI what is so unique about humans is our ability and our capacity to feel and to sense energy and frequency. And so you can feel truth you can feel joy you can feel love and authenticity and so when we are building these businesses that are rooted in soul and heart and passion to serve it is more important than ever to pour into yourself to create that foundation of health that foundation of joy and that overflow because there's a frequency in which we do something that impacts the outcome and it's like we experience that which we expect. So what are we expecting are we expecting that business is hard? Are we expecting that health is hard are we expecting that this is hard and whatever we've been experiencing up until this point really illuminates what we have been expecting. And I know it can feel like a lot of personal responsibility and radical responsibility to acknowledge our part and our creation but it's so important because we have so much authority and agency.

Shanna Star

And and even beyond the career success how does improved health then maybe open doors to deeper personal fulfillment and relationship fulfillment like what does that look like once you can start to improve your overall wellness whether that's spiritual mental physical all the things all of it.

SPEAKER_00

I mean it really does begin with self we want to change the world but changing the world begins with changing oneself and so when you begin to hone in on your health you begin to develop a relationship with your body and trust and feel more powerful feel confident I know when you feel good you do good. And so when we feel good in our body and we feel strong and we feel healthy we have a different frequency like everything is vibrating at a different frequency. And so when you start to elevate your health

Beyond Absence Of Disease

SPEAKER_00

you lift and elevate your vibrational frequency and so that uplifts all those around you and inspires change. It's like that ripple effect that then sends out coherent ripples to others and is impacting others. And it's quite literally this movement that's created by you just focusing on you and your health.

Shanna Star

And I know for so many listening with businesses small, large doesn't matter is we also want to serve others. And I have found that at the end of the difficult journey that I've been on for a few years is now that I've been focusing and I'm healing and there's always going to be healing but as I've gotten through this part I can show up with my Spark again and serve at a much better frequency at a much higher frequency. And I want to serve and give more because I have that capacity as well. And so sometimes we want to serve but we've so diminished who maybe our time and who we are that we don't even have a place to serve from.

SPEAKER_00

So it's like that old paradigm of service of being self-sacrificing in that service. And now it's making that be more self filling like fulfilling you know and and really filling ourselves up and realizing that we serve the world by serving ourselves and we serve others and in serving others we serve ourselves. So it's this never ending infinity loop of everything's impacted by everything else. It's just what is our impact yes when we're in that self you know sacrificing state of service versus that overflow.

Shanna Star

Yeah and I know those listening to might be like this is wonderful. These are some great things they can start with or implement or even take away if there's things like you said not serving them and not doing well. But if they're looking at themselves go, how do I know then that I'm becoming who I'm supposed to be how do I measure that how do I you know tangibly it's difficult for people to to get and to grasp maybe that they're becoming who they're meant to be like how do you gauge some of that I would just first say like where you are is not what you're going to be like where you are does not determine where you're going.

SPEAKER_00

You know the number on the scale does not determine the number on the scale in the future. And so seeing it as an investment an investment in yourself and your future and trusting that there's something for you in this part of the journey where you are now because if you weren't meant to be here you wouldn't be here and so as much as we resist where we are when we resist where we are we expand the time the gap between where we are and where we desire to be but when we learn to accept it and lean glean the the wisdom the lessons we collapse the time and so I would just say like for me human design has been so powerful in understanding myself and really how I'm here to operate and make decisions and it gives us our signature theme of alignment and misalignment and understanding like for a projector it's success. So what does success for you feel like what does satisfaction as a generator or manifesting generator mean to you? What does it look like? Because so much of our lives we're responding to that which frustrates us to that which creates bitterness and anger disappointment instead of focusing on that which fulfills us, satisfies and gives us that feeling of success, that feeling of peace and delight you know so it's what are we focusing on and what are the narratives we're sharing or telling ourselves around that.

Shanna Star

Yeah that's that's really powerful and and and just a good reminder too of what we think about we're focusing on and we can't focus on we tend to over exemplify like the negative and it's hard not to think about those things sometimes. So if we can even start to pivot yes those things exist and it's okay to face those head on those negative things but to focus on those good as well and to invest our time and energy we'll definitely see that continue.

SPEAKER_00

So yes is there anything that you feel we haven't touched on anything that's been on your heart or your mind or that keeps coming up for you lately that you would love to share well I just feel like we're in this time of a radical reinvention and so 2025 for so many people collectively has felt quite intense and it is numerologically a nine year which is all about endings and completion and letting go, shedding that this was a year of completing and letting go of old identities, patterns, ways of living that didn't serve and 2026 is really calling us forward in our leadership and our power to rise and so if you've been through that season of challenge and shedding and it feels like life

SPEAKER_00

feels challenging or feels like it's been falling apart like a lot of loss has been collectively experienced. There's so much and to not lose faith to not lose hope because the humans we're we're very human but the soul and the human spirit is so resilient and there's a divine design in all of this that there's this what feels like the end is actually the beginning. And so it's like this phoenix rising from the ashes and the old structures paradigms ways of being systems are literally changing crumbling so they can be reinvented and redesigned to serve humanity in a more global and collective way. And so 2026 is now bringing this new energy and this new paradigm of knowing yourself, rising into your truth and sovereignty rather than externalizing and giving away your power. And so to really just invite those listening to remember who they are to remember what they're here to do to know that the pain they've been through has served a purpose the challenge is a catalyst that there is wisdom in the wounds and that there is a divine design in all of it even when it doesn't make sense even though it feels so painful at times that we are here to rise and part of that rising is that crumble.

Shanna Star

I found that so true for myself what whatever I was going through in a difficult season it felt like for a while it would get more difficult and there'd be more things it's like scratching the surface or or an onion layer where it was like okay you'd dig deep and all of a sudden there's more and more and and pretty soon as it would fall off or as it was it would shed like you said before that's when that new thing could arise and I was ready for it. I was prepared for it my body was and it was interesting you said I don't normally keep track of like the what year is it but 2025 was the year of the snake and so shedding is completely that and 2026 is the fire horse and I just think that's an incredible thing to hold on to and maybe people are going to be be shedding or still hurting into 2026 but just to continue and know that that's that the season isn't forever as well.

SPEAKER_00

So it's not forever and it really is a whole reinvention like the mind's trying to cognitive you know cognitively understand and analyze it but what's happening is so much more beyond what we can see and comprehend in the human realm right now and to just hold the faith and hold the vision because this is all part of the becoming every great story has that plot twist has that point of the hero's journey the heroine's journey of what feels insurmountable is faced and you rise and you become absolutely so those listening how can we find and follow you and I know you have a way to connect with them a freebie for them will you tell us all the things so we can be around you some more learn from you of course I am on Instagram at I am anthink and that is I am like the mantra and an Ana A-N-N-A-F-I-N-C-K.
