Yafo Kitchen is a fast-casual Middle Eastern street food concept that was launched in SouthPark back in 2016 and has since grown to include locations in Dilworth and Plaza Midwood.
In partnership with one of Charlotte’s most prolific and successful restaurateurs, Shai developed the Yafo Kitchen concept by drawing on a lifetime of experiences in the world of creative culinary pursuits, as well as a structured military and management background
