The vision was given in the midst of other brethren to Sidney Rigdon and Joseph Smith. It was an entirely new and greater understanding of what Heaven and Hell are. We find out what the celestial, terrestrial, and telestial kingdoms are, and what is required to be a candidate for outer darkness.
