Meyer Hatchery's new Signature Broad Breasted White and Black Turkeys are the best of both worlds. A turkey that grows quickly like a broad-breasted turkey but will be more the size of a heritage turkey averaging 29 pounds for toms and 20 pounds for hens with an ideal processing time frame of 16-22 weeks.
