Absolutely loved this one! Not only did I get to catch up with an old and special friend and team mate, reminiscing on some good and not so good memories, but we also got to talk about some great topics concerning women in sport specifically connected to gender equality and equal pay in sport.
Hayls went through a rough time after not being selected for the London 2012 Olympics for rowing, but in an inspiring way she managed to turn it all around and go on to claim World Chapmion titles in both surfski and ocean paddling!
*Side note we do talk quite a bit of rowing;)
