Sarah Ferguson started off swimming in the pool but has since transitioned to open water and has not only swum the challenging Kaiwi Channel in Hawaii, but also holds the Guinness World Record for being the FIRST PERSON EVER to swim non-stop around Easter Island!
Along with her amazing swimming triumphs Sarah is also the founder of Breathe conservation and runs her own physiotherapy practice.
It was amazing chatting to Sarah and hearing her story - she was so open and honest about her challenges as well as her triumphs and gave some great advice about making sure you are always taking the time to enjoy what you are doing!
