Katie Hoff is a former American competitive swimmer, she is an Olympic medalist, and former world record-holder. Katie was known for her success in the 200-meter and 400-meter individual medley.
She swam at the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Games, winning a Silver medal and 2 Bronze medals at the 2008 Beijing Olympics!
Katie entered the pool at a young age and went to her first Olympics when she was just 15yrs old. Katie didn't have the easiest career and had a lot to deal with as she dealt with not feeling like she met and achieved her own expectations!
Katie gives some great advice and insight as to how she dealt with her disappointment.
