Stephanie is the co-founder of HMO Heaven & Rent 2 Rent Success, she didn't start her property journey until 45 years old, since then she has built a substantial portfolio and her management company manages numerous HMO's in South Wales. She tells us her thoughts on property education and also how COVID 19 has affected her occupancy rate. We talk about how important HMO demographics are and also how more recently more capital is needed within the HMO strategy. Stephanie now also buys multi-blocks and commercial property.
