We talk about what is really behind working in an Agile way!

Emma loves working with leaders to develop Agile practices within there teams - she has worked with some of the greats in Agile and makes it so simple that she doesn't need to talk jargon or Agile language - she breaks it down and makes it simple.

What she enjoys most is seeing the connection and the team building that this way of working brings. I loved talking to Emma and could talk to her all day!

Emma has built a great career and business!
