Show Notes

It is not something that we always think about - Human Skills?

Sometimes these are called people skills or soft skills. Renata is so passionate about helping young people with the skills that they need to be successful at work and in life that she has created a business called Maxme with a supporting app called Hodie aimed at University students.

In this chat with Renata we talk Renata's passion and motivation for helping others and how she has channelled this into an Innovative skills development business and app. We discuss the struggles that it takes to step from uni into a career and how young people are challenged to this especially at the moment with Covid.

I also talk to Renata about being a women in business, what women can do for themselves and what owning and running a startup is like.

If you are interested in developing your Human skills have a listen.
