Show Notes

What would you do if you woke up one morning and your business had to pivot entirely!

As the Customer Experience Officer for Fed Square this is exactly what Suzana and her team faced!

Have a listen to the interview where Suzana shares exactly what Fed Square did, how they did it and how they managed and inspired the team through this crises. Plus what they are thinking for next year and how they are planning.

I also talk to Suzana about how a Brazilian native found herself in Melbourne Australia! We talk about Suzana's love of creating an event and what I most loved about this chat is how Suzana has approached her career to grow it into what it is today. She has focused on 'what is the gap' and also focused on developing new skills she needs to fill that gap. We also discussed how not knowing anyone in Melbourne she has built such a fantastic career. Suzana has a lot to be proud of!

I think you will love this chat with Suzana!
