Show Notes

In this weeks episode of the Lady leadership I am talking about why you should have a coach!

I have recently been working with a horse riding coach myself and have realised why more than ever if you want to move forward in any area of life you should find and work with a coach. My horse riding coach has helped me immensely. I share my 5 top reasons why you should have a coach.

I cover:

- They will help you clarify your vision and your goals.
- You will be able to leverage their learnings and knowledge.
- They will get you to think differently and see your blockers.
- They will help your develop momentum and stay on track and keep you accountable.

Plus

- They will help you navigate difficult times and give you advise.

Fundamentally they will have your back and help you reach your goals and dreams and it will be so good when you get there!
