Week 4 in our five-week sermon series based on the "Shift 2.0" by Phil Maynard. Most American churches are unhealthy. In order become healthy, grow, and thrive, we need to adopt healthy habits and make lifestyle changes... just like any other unhealthy body. Today, we talk about making a dramatic shift on the focus of customer service. Traditionally, church members have viewed themselves as the customers of the church, which provides them with religious goods and services. What if church members were actually the product of the church, and the rest of the world was the customer base? Our focus scriptures are Matthew 25:44-45 and Micah 6:8.
