On this week's podcast I am very happy to have the Corporate Chef of the Keg, and BC Chefs Chapter President, Steve Lewis. His passion for the industry has had him doing, bartending, waiting, floor manager, store manager, cook, Chef, almost every job you can have in a restaurant he has been successful at. He is also an adamant about nurturing and mentoring younger talent in our industry to become tomorrow's new leaders. I hope you enjoy getting to know Steve as much as I did.
