But it"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":359.91,"endTime":363.33,"body":"sounds like something I'd really"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":359.91,"endTime":363.33,"body":"like to get into. And I learned early on"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":373.53,"endTime":377.52,"body":"that the difference in"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":373.53,"endTime":377.52,"body":"California at the time, I should"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":377.58,"endTime":382.26,"body":"start by saying at the time in"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":377.58,"endTime":382.26,"body":"California in the 80s, there was"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":382.26,"endTime":385.98,"body":"a law on the books called the"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":382.26,"endTime":385.98,"body":"talent management, talent agency"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":385.98,"endTime":391.56,"body":"act, Taa. And the rules and"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":403.2,"endTime":405.99,"body":"regulations on agency were quite"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":403.2,"endTime":405.99,"body":"different from the rules of"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":405.99,"endTime":409.41,"body":"management. And these girls, and"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":405.99,"endTime":409.41,"body":"a few other people were bucking"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":409.41,"endTime":414.15,"body":"the trend because comedians"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":409.41,"endTime":414.15,"body":"needed more than what the TA"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":414.15,"endTime":419.91,"body":"was, was giving them in in"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":414.15,"endTime":419.91,"body":"protection, I guess is the best"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":419.91,"endTime":423.15,"body":"way to put it. So again, I went"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":419.91,"endTime":423.15,"body":"to work for at BMI and I"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":423.15,"endTime":425.85,"body":"realized management was where I"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":423.15,"endTime":425.85,"body":"wanted to be because as a"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":425.85,"endTime":431.01,"body":"manager, I could produce I could"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":425.85,"endTime":431.01,"body":"call right, I could pour I could"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":431.04,"endTime":434.07,"body":"book tours, I could do things"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":431.04,"endTime":434.07,"body":"the agents were not allowed to"},{"speaker":"Neil Hassman","startTime":434.07,"endTime":440.61,"body":"do.
