"What is our role as Christians in the face of injustices in society?"
As Nehemiah continues to rebuild the wall of Jerusalem, he soon realizes that the wall was not the only one that needs rebuilding. He witnesses the oppression of the poor under the hands of his own countrymen. He calls them out and rebukes them in the fear of the Lord and admonishes them to repent and return whatever it is that they have taken from their poor countrymen.
