Erin's mission is to offer tips and support for women who feel alone in their struggle, working out, and not seeing results. 90 percent of women aren't happy with the way they look, and having negative feelings about your weight is one of the main reasons people hold themselves back from dating. Erin, shares her advice around getting in shape and feeling good about yourself so you can take the dating world by storm with confidence.

Erin Washington is a wellness blogger from Northern Virginia. She's a former college athlete who struggled with weight and body image for 20 years. Erin promotes a balanced lifestyle of "Squats and Margaritas" and offers tips and motivation to women who are doing the work and are frustrated by the results.

She was a high school stand-out and went on to play at the collegiate level. After graduating from college, she moved to Washington, DC to work for the Washington Redskins where she met her husband, a former linebacker. In addition to raising a family and staying fit, Erin has contributed to Scary Mommy, Chowhound, and Northern Virginia Style and Living.
