Running Dialogue
Follow us and our Running Dialogue podcast as we explore - not just running, walking, and training - but a wide range of topics related to physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Whether you're new to Crim or have been a fan for years, this podcast offers something for everyone.
The podcast is hosted by the Crim Fitness Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving wellbeing across Flint & Genesee County. What began as a 10-mile road race in Flint in 1977 has grown into a cornerstone of the community, with events like the signature HAP CareSource Crim Festival of Races, Crim Training Program, and other year-round programs in sports, mindfulness, nutrition, and neighborhood impact that engage over 20,000 residents annually.

Running & Walking Injuries with Dr. Matt Sardelli
Dr. Matt Sardelli is no stranger to running and walking injuries. As an orthopedic surgeon certified in sports medicine, he has seen it all. Co-host Andy talks to him about some of those common injuries, and Dr Sardelli gives some great advice on how to avoid injury in the first place with proper training. He also provides some great tips on race preparation and caring for your body during a race.
Dr Sardelli is on the staff of McLaren Flint (presenting sponsor of the Crim 10 Mile race) and Ortho Michigan.
