Running Dialogue
Follow us and our Running Dialogue podcast as we explore - not just running, walking, and training - but a wide range of topics related to physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Whether you're new to Crim or have been a fan for years, this podcast offers something for everyone.
The podcast is hosted by the Crim Fitness Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving wellbeing across Flint & Genesee County. What began as a 10-mile road race in Flint in 1977 has grown into a cornerstone of the community, with events like the signature HAP CareSource Crim Festival of Races, Crim Training Program, and other year-round programs in sports, mindfulness, nutrition, and neighborhood impact that engage over 20,000 residents annually.

A Conversation with CrimFit Training Program Leader Trudy Tabor
In this episode, Crim CEO Lauren Holay-Zembo sits down for a conversation with Trudy Tabor, CrimFit Training Program Group Leader. Trudy shares her journey to living a healthy and active lifestyle. After being a smoker for many years, she decided she wanted to run a marathon on her 50th birthday. Now, after being in the CrimFit Training Program for 10 years and leading a group, she couldn't see herself not running.
We're grateful Trudy was able to join us and know you'll enjoy the conversation.
