In this episode, we sit down with Cory Ryan and Chad Carmichael to talk about what excellence means in a church setting. We discuss how excellence plays a part in weekend services, team culture and in building community. Cory has been in the Kansas City area as a worship leader for years and is a member of Vessel Worship. Chad Carmichael is a Grace Church volunteer who is not only an amazing drummer, but is also an impactful voice behind the scenes at Grace Church in our worship ministry.
