Who are you comparing yourself to? Instead of comparing ourselves to the world, we need to be comparing ourselves to those around us who know and love the Lord. In 1 Timothy 6, we see Paul challenge Timothy to strive for godliness as a young man. 

We can learn from Paul’s example of the way he invested in Timothy’s life. We should always be learning from someone older than us. Let’s pursue Christ and surround ourselves with people we can learn from.
