Martin Wall is in Tallinn for a special dinner at Fotografiska on June 3rd. For one evening, the kitchen will be led by a trio of remarkable chefs: Gerli Travkin (Head Chef of Fotografiska Tallinn), Martin Wall (Head Chef of Fotografiska Stockholm), and Karoliina Jaakkola (Head Chef of Soo Restaurant at Maidla Manor).We’ve been dreaming about this dinner for a long time. At Fotografiska, we’ve always sought to spark conversations that haven’t yet been had — and this evening is no exception.
