In 1 Samuel 24, we see more of David’s path to the throne.
David had a chance to kill Saul. But instead, he spared his life. David doesn’t kill Saul because he is the Lord’s anointed. Our desires and circumstances aren’t good guides to the will of God. Instead of relying on our emotions, we need to rely on the Lord.
Let’s fill our minds with Scripture and filter everything through His Word.
