In Genesis 44, we see Joseph extending grace to his brothers after they had betrayed him. Joseph reconciles with his brothers! In that moment we see a powerful moment of redemption. God doesn’t hold our sins against us. The Gospel changes us and makes us new creations.

God was sovereign in Joseph’s life and is in ours today. We can trust Him because He is greater than any sin or evil humanity can throw his way.

Let’s pursue the Lord faithfully and trust in His sovereignty.
