Today, Rob walks through Philippians 2 and Isaiah 6, looking into the humility of Jesus. We are called to serve and love one another. This goes against the grain of our fallen nature. Christ gives us our example to do this. We were not made to be glorified but to glorify God through our lives. This is in opposition to our modern culture that celebrates exalting ourselves over others.
Let’s follow the example of Christ. Jesus is worthy to be worshipped because of who He is. And we are free to worship Him in humility.
