So imagine Chris,"},{"startTime":474.7,"endTime":479.14,"body":"you're on the phone and"},{"startTime":479.14,"endTime":481.9,"body":"you're trying to take notes"},{"startTime":479.14,"endTime":481.9,"body":"when the driver's on a"},{"startTime":481.9,"endTime":484.84,"body":"cell connection, in some other"},{"startTime":481.9,"endTime":484.84,"body":"part of the country with"},{"startTime":484.84,"endTime":490.26,"body":"the wind blowing and snow"},{"startTime":484.84,"endTime":490.26,"body":"falling, and other people tried"},{"startTime":490.26,"endTime":492.1,"body":"to talk to them and"},{"startTime":490.26,"endTime":492.1,"body":"they're trying to give you"},{"startTime":492.1,"endTime":496.45,"body":"information. So you're only taking"},{"startTime":492.1,"endTime":496.45,"body":"down part of the information"},{"startTime":496.66,"endTime":499.24,"body":"and you can't hear everything."},{"startTime":496.66,"endTime":499.24,"body":"And then the driver gets"},{"startTime":499.24,"endTime":504.52,"body":"distracted somewhere else.
