It's still hard."},{"startTime":432.53,"endTime":437.81,"body":"It's still flipping hard. There's several of the"},{"startTime":441.47,"endTime":446.24,"body":"insurance companies have what's called"},{"startTime":446.24,"endTime":450.59,"body":"filed rules and a filed"},{"startTime":446.24,"endTime":450.59,"body":"rule for an insurance company"},{"startTime":450.59,"endTime":453.68,"body":"is the rules that they"},{"startTime":450.59,"endTime":453.68,"body":"submit to the government saying"},{"startTime":453.68,"endTime":457.46,"body":"under these conditions, we will"},{"startTime":453.68,"endTime":457.46,"body":"do this. So one of"},{"startTime":457.46,"endTime":461.84,"body":"the typical filed rules that"},{"startTime":457.46,"endTime":461.84,"body":"the talk about is we"},{"startTime":461.84,"endTime":466.7,"body":"will cancel a policy midterm"},{"startTime":461.84,"endTime":466.7,"body":"if this happens.
