Jan 26, 2021 Season 2 Episode 1

It's a wellbeing special to kick-off the new season and I'm excited to share this conversation with you all, especially at a time when we all need some ideas and inspiration on how best to look after ourselves. In this episode, I welcome Lorna Dougan, Ricky Singh and Ayesha Shahid as they collectively share their thoughts, wisdom and ideas on all things mind, fitness and nutrition.

We talk about the power of ‘language’, the significance of the ‘why’, and how starting with small changes is always best. Get ready to power up your wellness. Enjoy the conversation.
