James Michael is a behavioural psychologist who, accidentally, ended up in recruitment. From an initial career with the ADF, which focused on unearthing the hard-wired attributes of high-performers in high-adversity environments, James transitioned to developing an understanding of the nature of high-performing sales professionals. Today his business, Justified Talent, specialises in working with Australian small-to-medium sized businesses to recruit their first sales professionals, enabling them to effectively move from ambitious start-up to confident scale-up.
