Discussion Questions:
- From which tree (Tree of Life or Tree of Death), did your parents speak?
- What words do you remember being sown into you as a child? Were they life-giving?
- Is there someone you need to forgive that hurt you or possibly ask forgiveness from someone you hurt by the words you used?
- Create an inventory of words that you use at home from the Tree of Death and discuss as a family how you can change your communication tactics to be more life-giving.
- As a family, ready James 3:9-12. Discuss what words or phrases stand out to you the most? Why?
