Brandon McDaniel is in his 12th year in professional baseball including the last two as the Director of Player Performance for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Before that he served 5 years as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Dodgers, 3 years as a Performance Specialist for EXOS working with the Department of Defense preparing soldiers to better handle their duties within the Army, and 3 years as a minor league strength coach with the Pittsburgh Pirates. Brandon’s leadership qualities and skill in communication and relationship building shows through the dynamic team of strength coaches he’s built within the Dodgers organization.
