Justin Fraser is a man of experience when it comes to being an asset manager and has withstood the test of all kinds. From strategy to executing the plan all the way to a happy tenant, Justin shares his “ask me how I know” experiences.
It's not just looking at numbers, an Asset manager needs to want to invest, and be ok with going above and beyond. Whether a class A, B or C, all tenants deserve a 5-star experience. Invest in the amenities, have communication and host fun events. Keep the feeling of home with safety and security.
Keep in mind though, you want to start strong and do things right. With pro tips from Justin remember to have humility and be transparent when things get rough, its most likely won't go as bad as you think.
